Training Days Onsite or In-House

NEN-3140 VOP-LS Training (one day)

Electrification Consultancy can Train al Client Company employees who operate electrical equipment (Operators and Mechanics and Staff and Lab Employees) as Sufficient Skilled Persons for a period of 3-Years.

Electrification Consultancy will create Training material and examination forms and specific On-Site Client Company Equipment Practical Hands-On Field Examination

After 3-Years a Re-Training program will be organized.

PLC-Training Basic (two days)

Electrification Consultancy will create Training material and Certificate forms and specific in Electrification Consultancy workshop Equipment Practical Trouble Shooting Training

PLC-Training Advanced (three days)

Electrification Consultancy will create Training material and Certificate forms and specific in Electrification Consultancy workshop Equipment Practical Programming Training, PLC Basic knowhow is required.

E&A Training Advanced (Scheduled)

High-End Training Programs In-House at our own Electrification Consultancy Facility in Edam

Electrification Consultancy will create Training material and Certificate forms and specific in Electrification Consultancy workshop Electrification Training Advanced which is not educated on High-School Master Education, it will reflect practical execution and Safety aspects and design considerations for Total Cost of Ownership.

This is the Training Industry is looking for in their Employees, based on long gone old school knowledge where business is now thinking about starting their own company schools to cover for the loss when once a junior could learn from a senior but due cost saving got lost.

This is the Knowhow modern teachers don’t have any more or not yet for hand-over to students.

Latest embedded MCC design and configuration and parameter settings electrical and network will be explained. Also pneumatic embedded solutions will be explained and gateway configurations and Safety PLC network configurations and redundant Controllers and redundant network and Digital Field Instruments and Digital Actor and Sensor bus and configurations that replace classic cables and wiring and IO systems will be in scope and practical demonstrated !

Also Soft-Starters and Variable Frequency Drives with (safety) communication to the [Redundant (Safety)] PLC configuration will be discussed.

Also network switch configurations will be discussed (Ring/Star/Replicating) and media types (Copper / Fiber / Underground Multi-tubes) and design and installation methods will be discussed

This is not a 1 day training, it will consume multiple scheduled training days in maybe a Two-weekly schedule

Loop Tuning Training (1 day)

How to Tune PID controller without risk for oscillation or huge overshoot causing fire or explosions or Off-Spec as result, forget about the Zigler-Nichols etc. tuning rules.

EC will demonstrate and train the Lambda-Tuning technology which is not only safe but also reducing maintenance costs and energy due to the Flat-Line result
