Fluke Tis55+ Thermal Imaging Camera
This is a special Infrared device with a lot of special functions to inspect your Electrical Installation on Hot Spots.
These inspections can detect faults that prevents Fire on cable and wiring that can burn down your electrical MCC of Power distribution panels
All readings are stored in the Database available in this Thermal Camera to be able to export for usage in the EC Inspection Report presented to the Client Including the Normal photo of the object. optional Tagged by QR Code.
With the Tis55+ model EC can measure:
- Temperature Measurement
- Temperature Range (not calibrated below -10°C) -20°C to 550°C (not calibrated below -10°C)
- Accuracy ±2°C or 2% (whichever is greater) at 25°C ambient
- On-Screen Emissivity Correction Yes, “Top Ten” bill of materials plus numerical adjustment between 0.01 and 1.00
EC also has the Fluke 64 Max IR Spot temperature Measurement (Red Laser dot) to validate the Reading in case of false light reflections that may look like a high temperature.
To be able to do these Thermographic readings in an electric panel we need to remove plexiglass protection panels.
EC is certified to remove these protection panels as well as taking the readings with the IR gun after a Designation Form signed-off from the client.
